AskLive is now Ask Library, as other parts of UC also use live chat - now it'll be easier to tell which part of UC you're talking to. We've also taken the chance to update our branding and how it sits on the UC website.
Our new red chat bubble can be found on all library web pages (including this one!), in the bottom right corner of your screen - and it should float with you as you scroll.
Ask Library is available during most standard library open hours (there may be limited coverage in the early mornings, evenings, and weekends) for questions about research, finding library resources, referencing, and more - please get in touch if you have any questions.
