Originally from India, Sareth moved to New Zealand in 2018 to study Political Science and International Relations at the听University of mini传媒.
His interest in the EU was sparked by an elective introductory course, which inspired him to better understand the role of the EU in global politics.
Combined with a personal interest in security and foreign policy, Sareth was particularly interested in the EU鈥檚 role as a global development actor. His work on this subject,听鈥楨valuating the EU as a Global Leader in International Development鈥, won the听听undergraduate essay prize in 2021.
Having completed his听Bachelor of Arts听qualification in 2021, Sareth is now pursuing a听Master鈥檚 in International Relations and Diplomacy.听
